SHIPPING


All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.

If arrival time is crucial, or if you wish to check the status of your order, we suggest consulting with info@personal-language.com

We are happy to assist our customers with shipping arrangements prior to purchase.


Domestic

Expected arrival date for In Stock orders is approximately 1-3 days from the order date. 

Arrival date for Made to Order products can be referred in the products page. 

All Domestic (South Korea) orders are shipped via EPOST (우체국)

The flat rate of shipping is 3000 KRW on all orders.


International

Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 3-10 days from the order date. All International orders are shipped via EMS or DHL.

The shipping price will be generated by your destination along with the weight and volume of the package. For international orders, a customs duty, tax, or other fees

might be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside.

Personal Language is not responsible for payment of this duty. 



ORDERS FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS WITH DIFFERENT AVAILABILITY/LEAD TIMES

If you place a single order for multiple pieces with different lead times (In Stock + Made to Order), your order will ship when the entire order is complete and ready for shipment.

If you prefer certain pieces in your order to be shipped as they become available before your entire order is complete, please make a separate order.



RETURN POLICY


All Sales are Final for International Orders outside South Korea and Made to Order Pieces


We do not accept returns or exchanges of any of the above items.  If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at

info@personal-language.com We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.


Return / Exchange for Domestic Orders of Eligible In Stock Pieces

Unless mentioned differently, Domestic orders within South Korea may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.


The round-trip Shipping fee 8000 KRW will be deducted from your return.


If you wish to return or exchange an eligible In Stock item, please contact info@personal-language.com to initiate the return process.

Returns must be authorized by a customer service representative. If your purchase is eligible for return, a customer service representative will provide instructions for return.

Returns must be shipped within 4 days of receiving the order.

Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original tag attached, to be accepted for return. In the event of noncompliance, we reserve the right to deny the return. 

Returns initiated beyond 10 days of receipt of your order, or shipped beyond 3 days of your receipt of a return authorization, will not be accepted.




DAMAGE & REPAIRS

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email info@personal-language.com

within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.


We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
